This is the best eyeliner I have found handsdown! As a makeup artist I have tried them all including cult faves such as MAC smolder and Urban Decay in zero, but Stila has made me a believer. This eyeliner is a smudge stick and waterproof which makes it perfect for a sultry smokey eye. I also love the intensity of the inky black color and the best part it is that it actually stays where you put it. I feel confident wearing it because I know its not going to budge at all. With a price of $20, I encourage you to get all 8 colors.
