Avacado Hummus quick healthy snack
Directions
Puree 2
avocados
and 1/2
jalapeno pepper
in a
food processor
. Stir in a 7-ounce tub of
hummus
, a pinch of
salt
and a squeeze of
lemon juice
. Garnish with chopped
cilantro
and serve with
celery sticks
.
